aria Audero is a partner in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings and
based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Her practice emphasizes state andderal wage-and-hour nationwide class and collective actions, discrimination,
arassment, and retaliation claims. Ms. Audero has represented employers in
ultiple jurisdictions in federal and state courts, and in administrative
roceedings before federal and state agencies. She also provides general
dvice and counseling to clients on a wide variety of employment and labor
atters, including wage-and-hour issues, sexual harassment claims and
revention training, and federal and state family and medical leave laws. She
as represented clients in a wide variety of industries, including financialervices, entertainment, insurance, medical, restaurant and hospitality,
