The Pilsen Equalizers: An Intelligent Cultural Center Reinvent an abandonded 37,000 sq.ft. Chicago warehouse, located at the corner of 18th and Sangamon, into a Culinary Market utlizing intelligent materials. With the use of living walls and long span steel trusses, this project provides the Pilsen community with a Culinary Institute, communal gardening terraces, and open market space.
