Company Roots

We trace our beginnings to 1992 as a software solution provider

to pharmaceuticals trading discovery at Delhi, the capitol of

India, which led to the formation of MARG. We took on the

name MARG when one of our customers complimented us that

we are Marg Darshak“TrailBlazer” for all his needs in 2000.

Another major branch of the family tree is HASI (HumanAssociation for Smiling India) an NGO, formed in Delhi, India, in

2014. As a company and as individuals, we take great pride in

contributing to the communities where we live and work. We

also care about the environment and are proud of the many

ways in which our employees work to safeguard it. Our

persistent efforts to improve on our safe work environment

continue to pay off. We, with the help of our staff have planted

more than 2000 plants to grow into trees as a part of Green

India Clean India call by our honorable Prime Minister.

It all began when Thakur Anup Singh, an MCA and

a professional software programmer the CMD of

Marg ERP Ltd saw an opportunity that other

companies missed: a description of a working

prototype of inventory and accounting software

for pharmaceuticals traders. Till then no

company had committed to commercializing

the technology to traders, but Mr. Anup Singh

and co-founders Mr. Mahender Singh, with

Masters Degree and a professional software

programmer and Mr. Sudhir Singh, an MBA

realized the tremendous business potential of

the accounting and inventory model. None of

them realized at the time that the company they

formed would change the face of market.

Director’s Portfolio

Thakur Anup Singh; born on 24th June, 1972 is the Chairman

& Managing Director at Marg ERPLtd. He is also the

founder of NGO HASI (Human Association for Smiling India) & Dial2pharma (Pharma Helpline). Thakur Anup Singh holds

a PG in ComputerApplication.

He saw that MSME & SME’s contribute a large proportion of

Indian GDP and there is an immense potential for growth in

future. They need a customized trade specific and an

advanced solution based ERP in an affordable price. He has

a strong belief that when Indian minds are dominating the

Silicon Valley, Indian small businesses must not depend upon

costly imported softwares. So, there must be an indigenous

and an affordable solution. With this sublime thought in mind

he laid the foundation of Marg Compusoft.

He has also received many prestigious awards i.e. “Business Excellence Award” by Ladhu Udyog Bharati Agra in July

2016 & ‘Fastest Growing Inventory & Accounting Software Award’ in 2015 by the Economic Times.

Mr. Mahender Singh; born on 20th December, 1973 is

the Co-founder & Managing Director (Technical) at

Marg ERPLtd. He proudly holds a MCA degree from

Delhi University. He has a rich experience in

spearheading Pharmaceuticals Business

Management. Being technically strong, he plays a key

role in implementing quality systems for achieving

efficiency in service delivery & support and improving

client satisfaction through proactive service support

within the time norms. He is also heading Marg Academy with the objective to educate and train the

youth about the future demand of market which is

being fulfilling by Marg.
