SIMULATION with VR

FLEXICUT – 3D images / AI / Machine Learning

• FleXicut uses unique X-ray technology to create 3D

images of each fillet and is able to find bones down to

0,2mm thickness.

• The machine uses waterjets to cut out the pinbones and

to portion the fillets.

• The “Twin blade” system portions the fillet further down

according to specifications sets.

• The machine has a simple user interface and Innova

access to setup the cutting patterns and is able to portion

the fillets differently based on their size.

• FleXicut is able to reject all fillets or portions if another

bones than pinbones are found.

• The machine controls the FleXisort behind to route the

pieces in different product streams.

• FleXicut is able to detect gaping in the fillets.
