erroneously compel led the case in to arb i t ra t ion . The Second Circu i t made no at tempts to correct these wrongs

Gregory is expected to issue a "f inal" decis ion in my case. However , due to the fact that Gregory is no t an actual

judge, h is decis ion wi l l no t be ab le to address the c iv i l o r cr iminal aspects o f my consp iracy cla ims o r a l legat ions o f

eth ical misco nduc t by the a t to rneys invo lved - de sp i te admit t ing "Exhib i t 3 1 " in to the ev idenc e o f record . As a

resu l t , i t ' s imperat ive that the U.S Depar tment o f Just ice s tep in to co rrect these ex treme miscarr iages o f just ice .
