ACHIEVEMENTS
The successful creation of electrical fault finding phase on 12 Jaguar aircraft for Avionics students including instructional specifications (ISPECS), lesson plans, student handouts,
various aircraft system faults, toolkits, maintenance manuals and wiring diagrams.
Assisted in the design, construction and use of an Engine Harness Test box after Nimrod XW666 crashed in the Moray Firth due to an engine fire during its post maintenance air
test.
The creation of the RAF Cosford Stars ice hockey club including finding players, booking ice time, coaching, designing the team strip, negotiating funding and the purchase of
equipment for beginners to ‘have a go’.

CAREER HISTORY
2014 – Present
ROV Pilot Technician at ROGE Systems Ltd and iTech7 (Subsea7).
Responsible, as part of a 3 man team, for the safe control of the ROV while subsea and for its’ planned & reactive maintenance including all
electrical and mechanical systems.
2010 – 2014
Avionics Manager, at II (AC) Sqn Tornado GR4 at RAF Marham, of Electrical and Avionics technicians carrying out aircraft maintenance and
as Documentation Controller for up 25 aircraft solely responsible for the
correct compilation of paperwork educating those falling short of the
required standard.
2010 – 2014
Head Coach RAF Eastern Crusade (Peterborough ice rink). On arrival this
was a ‘bottom of the pile’ team expected to lose. On leaving they had
won all awards available for 2 years and continue to perform well.
2007 – 2010
Technical Instructor of UK and International students in the classroom
and as Subject Matter Expert on practical training aircraft & maintenance
emulators consolidating trade fundamentals at RAF Cosford. Responsible
for mentoring new instructors and for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the fault modifications.
2007 – 2010
Head Coach RAF Cosford Stars (Telford ice rink). Established this team
from nothing and ran it to exacting standards during the 3 year ‘tour’.
