Logos

Draper’s Construction Company in Mississippi is very well known. The ideal concept for this logo is very simple and professional, which goes perfectly with the work that they produce. I decided to use a gear mechanism to represent building, functionality, and hard work.

Mogul Carpet Care is a carpet cleaning company in Memphis, TN. Because of the name Mogul, I decided to keep logo clean and slightly add a upscale flavor. Even though it was a startup business, A logo of this caliber will allow the clients to trust that the company can deliver great service.

Living Solution is a home construction company in Tennessee which name is self-explanatory. They build some of the most beautiful houses in the city. The company wanted a very professional look for their identity. They presented me with their colors and wanted me to incorporate a symbol of the homes they build.

A1 Printing Service is in Memphis, TN. They are very popular for their great quality production. This logo simply merges the A and the 1 together, working as a unit, while still clarifying the name of the company.

QCDO is a company in Marks, MS, which helps small businesses get the finances they need in order to grow and maintain longevity. My idea was to use the state they cater to, and also use a masculine font, which emphasizes “business.”

Dignity & Mercy is established in Batesvill Mississippi. The company has the perfect atmosphere for taking great care of the elderly. With this logo, I wanted to showcase that love and care. So, I decided to show holding hand within a heart using very inviting fonts to increase the mission of the business.

Lint Patrol is a company that prevents your dryer from starting a fire. The sub-title (the dryer fire eliminators), deserved a mascot, which is represented by the man in uniform. This expresses to the potential clients that they will fight their dryer fires with ease. Also, the letter “O” in the word “patrol” is represented by a vector dryer tube of fire, which symbolizes the ememy of the company.

Hometown Bar and Grill is actually in my hometown, Sardis, MS. They were known for the best soul food selections. Since the owner is actually a chef, I used this image to symbolize his craft, while surrounding him with southern elements.

Wolf Squad Studio is gaming company created by a few friends of mine. This logo was very fun to create. Our idea was to create a cyborg wolf to represent our hunger for making the best games, our unity because wolves are known to protect one another and the scanner on its eye to represent the future of games.

Apex Rex is one of the many games that Wolf Squad is producing. This logo was a blast to create. Apex is a T-Rex and half robot battling his way back to his own time period. I wanted to give this logo action. I created a sharp and metal font to represent the robotics in this logo. Also, using screws and a gear to futher pertray that idea. Lastly, I incorparated a silhouette of Apex.

Lizard the Wizard was another Wolf Squad project that we put on hold but the logo was very fun the make. I create a font that felt magical, included a wizard hat and finished it off with a lizard’s tail.

I created this logo for a good friend and business partner of mine. He’s a great good Disc Jockey and very spontanious. I wanted to showcase his personality in this logo by giving it an funky urban style.

Myron Mays is also a good freind/business partner. He is very proactive in Memphis. He’s a radio personality, motivational speaker, and activist. I created this logo for his radio show, which is called, Whats Happening Radio. He love the city of Memphis, so I included a skyline of a city and radio waves covering the city.

PublicationsThis section caters to some of my most cherished accomplishments. I had the honor of being the illustrator of a great children’s book, “I am Michelle Obama: The First Lady.” Also, ByU Magazine focused on the good deeds of the community. “What’s Happening Myron!” was created by a great friend of mine, and I had fun with the magazine. PMQ Magazine will always be dear to my heart because they gave me my first shot into my career.

DrawingsThis section is very personal and also my first love. Drawing makes me feel on top of the world because I have the power to create my own world. One of my major goals in life is the one day have a published comic book, cartoon and movie of my characters. I LOVE TO DRAW!!!
