昨日，由《看东莞》杂志联合《东莞日报》的采访团第一站来到马来西亚西北侧的槟城，除YGL之

外，采访团还探访了历经六代飘香的“义香”专卖店，为东莞企业寻找“老字号新活法”。

YGL为制造企业插上“软翅膀”

“这套系统价格非常大众，主要为亚洲众多的中小型制造企业提供国际标准的管理方案。东莞的企

业外销业务比较多，需要国际标准的生产、管理和控制流程，才能飞得更高，我们正是为制造业提供

一双‘软翅膀’”，叶光前说，该系统包括财务、销售、采购和生产、品质管理等全方位的监控。

YGL的另一套产品——酒店及度假村、高级公寓所适用的网络管理平台，能够为酒店业加强业务管

理，节省开销。“听说东莞的酒店业非常发达，希望这套系统能有机会为东莞服务”，叶光前说，“特

别是针对喜宴婚庆活动，我们的系统可以提供一个非常便利和人性化的解决方案”。

1993年叶光前与弟弟叶光大携手创立YGL集团，从一间小型会计软件分销商做起，逐步发展成微

软、Sage、金蝶等世界级ERP软件商的合作伙伴。2005年，YGL在马股自动报价市场上市，先后在

新加坡、香港和上海及北京收购电脑软件公司，如今是亚洲最大的企业解决方案提供者之一。

叶光前始终看好亚太地区的电脑软件业的发展，因此其公司决定将在今后几年内把业务重心放在亚

太地区，除东莞之外，无锡等地将是其发展的新目的地。

祖籍福建的叶光前是位拥有卓越商业能力的财智人物，同时也是位“中国通”。据其透露，不少马来

西亚华侨看好近几年东莞转型升级的巨大商机。就在2012年6月，叶光前的朋友，同时也是YGL集

团、BMI国际商业媒体集团董事长陈伟杰便受邀组团前往东莞考察房地产业。

YGL Convergence Bhd's Subsidiary Secures Contract uesday, 26 Mar 2013 06:22am EDT YGL Convergence Bhd announced that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Ygl Convergence Malaysia Sdn Bhd (YglCM) has procured a project from Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank) whereby YglCM will provide services to Maybank, specifically for the development and implementation of SAP Human Resource (HR) system including the HR Self-service functionalities such as the online staff portal for employees to process leaves, claims etc through the web. The project covers Maybank’s branches and subsidiaries in this region including Singapore, Thai-land, Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippines. The project amount is approximately RMB6.1 million for a period com-mencing from March 26, 2013 to March 30, 2014 and/or such period as may be mutually agreed by the parties (hereinafter referred to as Project).

吉隆坡26日讯）YGL集团（YGL，0086，创业板）独资子公司———YGL大马私人有限公司，获得马银行

（Maybank，1155，主板金融股）颁发一份总值约610万令吉的合约。

文告显示，YGL大马将为马银行在本区域分行与子公司，涵盖新加坡、泰国、越南、印尼及菲律宾，提供

开发与实施人力资源系统服务。

该合约将从今年3月26日起生效，截至2014年3月30日止，或者双方同意的期限。YGL集团表示，上述合约

预计可为其截至12月31日止的2013及2014财年的盈利与净资产，作出积极贡献。
