(John 1:1-3; Ephesians 2:8). • Having been saved, followers of Jesus live in obedience to Him by observing the Ten Commandments. (Exodus 20: 1-17; John 14:15). • The Sabbath – the seventh day of the week- established by God at creation and honored by Jesus in His earthly ministry, is to be observed by the followers of Jesus. Footnotes:Gillian Bath has been a Sligo member for most of her life. Growing up in Sligo Earliteens and Youth helped shape her desire to study the Bible and fellowship with other young people. She is now one of the teachers in the Young Adult Sabbath School and works for ADRA Inter-national with the Business Development Unit designing programs around the world, fulfilling her passion to serve and help people in need.

Jasmine Brann is a singer-songwriter from Bowie, MD. She is one of the praise and worship leaders at Metropoli-tan SDA Church. She has produced two CDs with original music - “On A Personal Note” and “Words of Life.”

Joanna Kimura has been a member of Sligo Seventh-day Adventist church for almost 50 years. She loves children, music and sharing Christ with others. She plans to open a Home of Hope in her residence this year.
