Individuals from all over the diocese will be with us to receive the Bishop’s blessing as they conclude their preparations to be received into the Church at Easter through the Sacraments of Initiation. Please keep these individuals in your prayers in the weeks ahead. I was doing fine spring cleaning in the church this past week — basically cleaning out the many items left behind in the vestry so that the bishop would have space to hang up his coat when he arrives... it got me thinking of how we need to do spiritual clean up as well. Sometimes we accumulate sins — like so much other “stuff” — and we hold onto it because it just seems easier than doing anything else with it. Confession is an easy way to clean up! And I can’t imagine I’m the only one who feels a sense of relief after cleaning up — it feels incredibly more amazing when we rid ourselves of our sins. Make plans to get to confession this Lent — the sooner the better! You will be so glad you did... In case you haven’t heard, our school is planning a big celebration to mark our twenty-fifth anniversary. The gala event will take place on Saturday, May 11, 2019. We are calling on all alumni families and friends of the school to join us at this year’s auction. Contact the school office for more information! Sincerely in Christ, Clergy Reverend Richard M. Now is a fantastic time to get more involved and join the Knights! Please submit an application during March to be eligible to attend the 1st and 2nd Degree Ceremonies at St Theresa on April 8th, followed by the opportunity to attend the 3rd Degree on April 13th, also here at St. Theresa. The opportunity to become a 3rd degree

Knight during the same month here at our Church happens maybe once a year. Take advantage and hop on our website to submit a “Contact Us” re-quest, fill out an application from the Narthex and drop it in an offering box, or talk to a Knight wearing a badge on how to apply. Please continue to donate to the Cath-olic Charities Food Drives. Collec-tions are the last Sunday of every month. Are you a Knight? Contact us at [email protected] to learn how we help our parish and communi-ty. Please join us!
