EXPERIENCE
Title: Research and Database CoordinatorMethodist Health System Foundation – Dallas TX June 2015 – Present
Key Responsibilities: Maintain the Raiser’s Edge database to produce effective and
accurate data entry and retrieval, and execute a wide range of research duties to support the full scope of fundraising
Coordinate outside vendor analysis of donor base and prospects against benchmarks. Work with Finance Department to ensure accuracy in coding all fundraising donations
Manage key projects and process improvements related to the donor database, serving as point person for maintenance, reporting, and development results for special events, annual reporting, direct mailing pieces and end-of-year mailings

Specific Achievements:

Developed a Deposit log for the Foundation to utilize and track daily incoming gifts, thus reducing the time to balance Raiser’s Edge and Accounting

Key Responsibilities: Maintain the integrity of the PC&S database – Personally input, update
and supervise direct reports who update and add constituent data on a regular basis. Complete routine database clean-up of current donors and ensure donor information is current and as enhanced as possible.
Construct complex queries, exports, appeal analysis, mail merge, dashboards, action tracks pledge reminders, gift detail summaries and many other reports on an as needed basis

Developed several key reports for MGO’s and CEO to utilize, including a Daily Gift log, Action Tracks for specific donors, Dashboards catered to the specific MGO and a Raiser’s Edge Request form for the utmost detail possible in report generating
Established Pledge Reminders in Raiser’s Edge, so our donors may stay up-to-date with their intent-to-give
Created a Procedure booklet for all Raiser’s Edge “Best Practices” so future PC&S teammates are able to step in complete the work with little prior knowledge of the database
