Prayer of ConfessionGracious and loving God, we give you thanks for the mercies that come to us with each new day. We thank you for the mercy that was given to us in your son and in his death on the cross. In love you reconciled us to yourself and did not deal with us as our sin deserved. We confess that we have not extended that same mercy to others. We are stingy with our compassion. We rush to judgment and jump to conclusions. Forgive us, and cover us with your mercy yet again as we continue our confession in silence…

Pastoral Prayer & The Lord’s PrayerOur Father, who art in heaven,

hallowed be Thy name.Thy Kingdom come, Thy will

be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread, And forgive us our debts

as we forgive our debtors,And lead us not into temptation,

but deliver us from evilFor Thine is the kingdom and the

power and the glory forever. Amen.

Offering Our GiftsJesus Paid It All arr. Robert Sterling

I hear the Savior say,“Thy strength indeed is small!Child of weakness, watch and pray,Find in Me thine all in all.”Jesus paid it all, All to Him I owe;Sin had left a crimson stain, He washed it white as snow.

For nothing good have I Whereby Thy grace to claim.I’ll wash my garment white In the blood of Calv’ry’s lambJesus paid it all, All to Him I owe;Sin had left a crimson stain,He washed it white as snow.

And when before the throneI stand in Him complete,“Jesus died my soul to save,”My lips shall still repeat.Jesus paid it all,All to Him I owe;Sin had left a crimson stain,He washed it white as snow.

Two years ago Peachtree member Haley Vincent went on a global mission trip to India to help address the tragedy of human trafficking. As you can imagine, her parents were cautious, but moved by her passion to help girls her own age. Last month, her parents went on the same mission trip. Experience their story today.

Haley’s passion changed an entire family’s perspective. Your picture gets bigger when you do something about the enormous challenges of injustice in the world.
