U.S. RUBBER CORP. PRODUCES QUALITY COMPOUNDS

GRADE I (RMA I) Superior resistance to abrasion, cutting, gouging, and tearing caused by the impact of large material. Recommended for transporting large, heavy, lump ores, quartz, trap rock, granite, glassbullet, scrap, ballast and similar heavy duty applications. GRADE II (RMA II) Excellent for continuous abrasion. Good resistance to cutting and gouging. Recommended for conveying sand gravel, limestone, crushed rock, slag, coke, coal, cement rock, potash, trona, salt and other abrasives. SUPER ABRASION RESISTANT (SAR) Designed for applications requiring superior resistance to abrasion. SUPER OIL RESISTANT (SOR) Highly resistant to mineral oil and most other oils that cause swelling and sponginess. Recommended for handling animal or vegetable fats, oily metal, etc. MODERATE OIL RESISTANT (MOR) Recommended for specialized service such as waste disposal sewage, sludge, and oil treated materials. This compound is not recommended for high impact handling. SUPER HEAT RESISTANT (EPDM) For severe temperature from 350°F to 400°F. Designed for foundry sand, carbon black, ashes, salt, coke, cinders casting and slag. FIRE RESISTANT (MSHA) Meets U.S.A. Mine Safety and Health/Administration requirements. Designed for service in coal, potash, salt and other underground mining where fire resistant belts are mandatory. OIL & FIRE RESISTANT (MSHA-MOR) Meets U.S.A. Mine Safety and Health/Administration requirements. Recommended in service where fire and oil resistant belts are required. STATIC CONDUCTIVE OIL & FIRE RESISTANT (MSHA-MOR-SC) Specially compounded for the oily effect of grains. This is static conductive and flame resistant; meets MSHA requirements.

This type of belt carcass provides the greatest resistance to belt stretch and shrinkage. It also affords good troughability and excellent resistance to acid environments.

EP CARCASS POLYESTER WARP

NYLON WEFT

This design offers the low stretch characteristics of polyester combined with the excellent fastener holding and impact resistance of nylon.

PP CARCASS NYLON WARP NYLON WEFT

This design delivers maximum resistance to impact and damage from material trapped between the belt and the pulley. Excellent fastener holding troughability and flexibility around small pulleys are also afforded by the nylon carcass.

MONOPOLY WITH PP OR EE

This is a special woven structure and there is no peeling of layers or damage done to the belt by penetration; can be driven by small diameter pulley. Fabric styles are 220, 330, 440, 550 PIW.
