To create our acoustic and decorative panels we mainly use CNC machines.
Other manufacturers, specially for decorative, use moulds and resins. The main advantage with CNC is that we can adapt designs and shapes very easily. We can also mill different materials
The different techniques we use to create a panel

The materials we use
The main material we use is medium density fi breboard (MDF) covered with lacquer, melamine, wood veneer or plastic laminates. We can use also plywood panels, acrilic (dupont Corian, porcelanosa Krion, LG, ...) Phenolic panels, fi brecement panels, ...
Indoor we mostly use MDF. Outdoors and in places with a high degree of humidity we have to use Acrylic, fi brecement or phenolic.

Installation techniques
Every project is different and we have to study every job and it´s specifi c technical requirements.
Generally for panels a light support structure must be installed fi rst from which the panels them ones are then hung.
For example, with acoustic panels, you have to allow a space of 30 mm behind, and fi ll with mineral fi bre, to increase sound absorption coeffi cient.

We can manufacture panels up to 3x1,5m. but usually limitations are dimensions of panels.

Are 2D&3D decorative panels acoustic at the same time?
We manufacture acoustic and decorative panels. Decorative panels usually don´t have absorbtion coefficient but they can be sound diffusers.

Perforated Acoustic panels (PAP) to achieve a functional and economical acoustic treatment
Description
Perforated panels are the most economical way to get an acoustic treatment with a high degree of absorbtion. With several variations of patterns and hole diameters, different levels of absorbtion and aesthetic results can be achieved.
Uses:
Acoustic correction. Applicable to walls and ceilings.
Dimensions:
There are versions in large dimension panels for continuous walls and ceilings and also standardised ceiling panels in different versions to install with visible, semi-hidden, hidden and hidden practicable profi ling.
Wall covering panels: plates are often 2400 x 1200 mm,
2400 x 600 mm. and 1200 x 60 mm. 16 mm. thick.
Ceilings: usually more common to use 12mm thick plates in standardised measures of 1200 x 600 mm, 1200 x 300 mm. and 600 x 600 mm, although other combinations are also possible.
Installation systems: The different plates are available with different fi nishes depending on the type of perimeter assembly desired.
Materials and fi nishes:
The support material is always MDF wood panels in standard or fi reproof versions. Surface fi nishes can be raw, melamine, plywood, varnished or lacquered. Other options on request.
Optionally the panels may incorporate on the back, an acoustic veil to improve the sound absorbing qualities of the panel.

Slotted acoustic panels - D+ SystemIn order to achieve a better acoustic and aesthetic performance
D+ (Decustik Plus) System description
Acoustic panel system with high technical and aesthetic qualities.
At the technical level it has a high absorption coeffi cient.
Aesthetically it has a linear design, elegant and discreet, very suitable for acoustic conditioning that requires a high level.
Applications:
Acoustic correction with high aesthetic level. Applicable to walls and ceilings.
Dimensions:
Plate lenght: 2430mm. Plate modulation: 128mm
Thickness ( back space excluded): 16mm, suitable for walls and ceilings.
Support materials and fi nishes:
The support material is always MDF fi berboard wood panels, in standard and fi reproof versions. Surface fi nishes can be raw, melamine, plywood, varnished or lacquered. Other options available on request.
Decustik plus panels have always a built-in veil on its back, in order to improve its sound absorbing qualities.
Mounting system:
Suitable for walls and ceilings, the mounting system is tongue and groove. The linear joins are invisible and the transversal are almost invisible as Testa joins and large dimension plates are used. The roof assembly must be taken special care to ensure cross-linked of aluminium structure. When practicable areas are required, they should be taken in consideration at the moment of the installation.

Acoustic grooved panels: a different look at a medium cost
PAR system description (Acoustic grooved Panel )
With grooved panels it is possible to achieve installations that meets high level of absorption and a high aesthetic level at an medium cost. With different sort of patterns and grooves width different levels of absorption and different aesthetic results can be obtained.
Applications:
Acoustic correction. For walls and ceilings.
Dimensions:
There are different sort of large dimension panels to be used on walls and not practicable continuous roofs, and standarized roof plates in versions of visible profi ling, semi-hidden, hidden and practicable hidden.
Walls: Panel plates are often used on mesures 2400 x 1200 mm, 2400 x 600 mm. and 1200 x 60 mm. with 16 mm. of thickness.
Ceilings: it is more usual to use 12 mm. thick plates on standardized measures 1200 x 600 mm, 1200 x 300 mm. and 600 x 600 mm, though other combinations are also possible.
Mounting Systems:
The different plates are available with different perimetral , depending on the type of desired assembly.
Materials and fi nishes:
The support material is always MDF fi berboard wood panels in standard or fi reproof versions. Surface fi nishes can be raw, melamine, plywood, varnished or lacquered. Other options on request.
The plates may incorporate to the back and as an option, an acoustic veil to improve the sound absorbing qualities of the panel.
