Connecting to Online Reservation System

The electronic security and advanced technology used by Online Reservatin System means that your computer system has to meet some minimum requirements for it to operate successfully. If your system exceeds the minimum requirements you will enjoy even faster response times.

Minimum requirements

Pentium 4 Processor or faster with 512 MB RAM or higher

XVGA (1024x768 resolution) with 65,536 -color display or higher

High Speed Internet Connection (512 Mbps or higher)

Microsoft Windows XP Operating System or higher

Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher

Future support

Initially Siam General Aviation Co., Ltd. has selected Microsoft Internet Explorer as the Internet Browser to support Online Reservation System. Microsoft Internet Explorer is the most popular system available and it is used by the vast majority of our customers. In the future we will also be including other browsers for added convenience.



Logon to system

1. Open MS Internet Explorer browser and access the website by going to http://www.sgaairlines.net/skr

2. Enter the following information :

Username : pre-assigned

Password : pre-assigned

3. Click .



Aircraft Setup

Create Aircraft

1. Enter aircraft registration, number of seat and other aircraft information.

Edit Aircraft

1. Enter aircraft registration and click .

2. Change or edit aircraft information.

Flight Schedule

Create flight schedule

1. Enter flight information.

2. Click .

Close & Cancel Flight

1. Select flight date.

2. Select flight number.

3. Click .

4. Enter detail for close or cancel flight.

5. Select status : close or cancel

Arrival/Departure Time & Seat Capacity

4. Enter new arrival and departure time for edit data.

5. Enter new seat capacity.

Booking

Create new booking

1. Select Booking type : Roundtrip or One Way.

2. Select Departure date / Return date.

3. Select From / To.

4. Select number of passenger.

5. Click to check available seat and proceed.

6. Select departure and arrival flight from the available flights.

8. Enter Passenger name

9. Enter Phone number, Mobile number, Email address.

10. Click . After booking is completed. The Booking Number will be shown as below.

11. Click Return Menu to go back to main menu. or

12. Click Print Confirmation to print flight comfirmation.

Modify Booking

1. Enter Booking Number and click .

Information

Show booking information.

History

Show booking history such as created booking information ,edited booking information ,cancelled booking information and returned booking information.

1. Change or edit passenger information.

1. Select passenger(s) to new booking.

1. Enter cancel detail.

1. Enter passenger information and traveling information.
