SALES OPERATIONS REMARK

For each order two actions are required, as follows:

1 Order entry

Enter the order in the LCS system with order type customer

Load the customer data in the CRM as soon as the connection is activated via LCS

Link the customer record to the order (as per current procedure for order models range)

2 Document transmission via e-mail

Send an e-mail to: [email protected]

Ensure the e-mail object contains: dealer name, configuration number and customer name

Enclose copy of the contract signed by the customer as pdf attachment

Enclose evidence of the down-payment paid by the customer as pdf attachment
