The user can create duty chart using this application.

No. of faculty member as invigilator are identify first.

 After that user can allocate duty to teachers as on 

respective date and time. Invigilator has to confirm the

scheduled date given to them , once they confirm ,

examination room will be allotted against their name.

It will store the information about rooms like capacity of 

rooms . Once faculty members are decided, accordingly

examination rooms will be allotted with each room

having capacity of defined student. Students will be

arranged according to their roll numbers and they willbe placed back to back while exams are conducted.

One room will comprise of invigilators according to room

capacity to insure clean and fair examination.

User can calculate remuneration on the basis of rules. He

enters information and can take out results.

Remuneration charges are fixed.

One examination room must have at least 1 senior 

faculty as invigilator . Remuneration will be calculated on 

the basis of total no of hours utilized by them in 

conducting examination. This must be approved by head

of control of examination center

 Administrator: The administrator can Login and Logout.

When the Administrator Logs into the application, the

system will check for validity of login . If the Login and

password are valid, the response to this action is the

administrator will be able to modify, view, add, deleting

and all other functions that can be performed on the

database. He/she can see various options and can choose the option from the menu. He can also create

user to access this application.
