security standards; using fire fighting techniques, first aid and other safety measures.

Training and Development. Developing, managing and monitoring the performance of multi-skilled work force and

conceptualising need-based training programs for their overall career development. Designing training modules; evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by constantly

developing & implementing pre and post assessment tools.

Liaison/ Coordination. Efficiently coordinating with the various departments for the finalisation of deliveries as per service

levels. Ensuring internal cohesion in the organisation by maintaining a clear communications network

between the various levels.

Crisis and Disaster Management. Coordinating with the organisation response to a crisis/ emergency (fire, flood and accidents) in an

effective, timely manner, disaster/ emergency management programs. Handling the maintenance function involving scheduling of preventive, corrective & shut down

maintenance to maximize availability and reliability of machinery and equipment. Qualified in fire fighting and escape route drills for quick responses during crisis and emergencies.
