With the continuing collapse of our nation's economy and three years after the oligarchical Bush family of generational treason stumbling over top of each other out the door while looting the

U.S. Treasury, not one Wall Street bankster has been criminally prosecuted for economic-terrorism. In fact the culpable actors remain duplicitously shielded by a craven, feckless and complicit U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, through his criminal practice of selective prosecutions and unequal justice under the law. The agenda of this cabal proves that America has

the best Kabuki theatre government that corporate fascism can buy. This fact is further supported by the treasonous bait and switch deception of candidate Barack H. Obama in the blowback of America having endured eight years of treason, the false flag operation on 911 and the war crimes committed by the Bush bin Laden global crime syndicate. Therefore any presidential candidate who lied so egregiously during the campaign and who now has been exposed affecting a secret deal to give foreign corporations control over government, I opine is part of the same treasonous group of vermin constituting the greatest terrorist threat facing this nation and the world of human beings today. Given the ongoing deliberate compression of the American people without any intention of sustainable relief, I believe that our criminal government should be adjudicated with a life sentence and daily waterboardings in Guantanamo. We must not allow ourselves to be deceived any longer and recognize that Obama is simply the latest shill selected to be executive facilitator.

It's hard for me to believe that anyone could have been worse than Bush, but Obama has surpassed the unconstitutional judicially selected president, which explains why Obama would not prosecute Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice and others for war crimes once taking possession of the White House. It seem Obama has also developed a sociopathic sexual addiction for assassinating

both U.S. and foreign citizens by personally orchestrating drone attacks from a "secret kill list", which is clearly an impeachable breach of constitutional legal due process. Along with those targeted for death by the emerging tyrant when armed with the mere rumor of a terrorist, are a growing number of innocent victims who are being indiscriminately murdered and designated as

terrorists after the fact. This reclassification is for the reason of lowering the statistical number of collateral civilian deaths by U.S. military and CIA drone attacks. Presidents are not elected anymore and voting is nothing more than the PsyOps used to falsely cause rank and file Americans to believe they still have some power within the current infrastructure of government.

Presidents have continued to be appointed since Reagan's colossal colostomy of corporatist parasites deeply implanted themselves within the festering bowels of Lady Liberty where they have leached their rewards for exclusively representing special interests with awards of corporate welfare from within their particular branches of the poisonous tree.

Repeatedly Obama has stated, "make me do what you want me to do" and as a nation of human beings it is imperative that we follow that presidential directive as "We the People" while moving forward to purge both the Ratpublicon and Democrap parties to their special places in a political hell. We must immediately begin organizing a lawful restorative revolution and form a meaningful

union of American voters who are at least able to attempt to recognize the human being in all people. Upon the establishment of this organized movement we must stand in solidarity with the buttressing principles of the U.S. Constitution and the U.S. Declaration of Independence, overturn Citizens United and produce genuine publically funded elections whereby candidates are only

elected by the popular vote of the people. The legislating of laws in our nation today has metastasized into the enactment of measures and countermeasures to ensure legalized criminality of, for and by the congressional capos who prostitute themselves while turning tricks for their corporatist pimps.

While the outlaw government of the United States points fingers at every other sovereign foreign nation for doing a fraction of what this cabal of corporate fascist tyrants continues doing through

calculated social engineering and war crimes, American families are being wrongly evicted from

their homes, left to starve in the streets and the actual number of unemployed is twenty-five million American citizens. That number also includes politically sanctioned human beings and blacklisted whistleblower patriots who are disappeared though internal exile and made invisible while remaining in plain-sight of the eroded social fabric as non-persons placed there by the shadow state and public governments. Within that demographic equation however; it rarely if

ever includes the stories of covert and overt acts of terrorism and torture brought against whistleblowers or specific and randomly targeted individuals by known actors within the U.S. Government, corporate sector industries and other entities.

In most of these cases the resulting harm includes the erosion of the individual sense of self-identity in human beings to a place where one eventually recognizes that the worst death is a life without hope. From there all thoughts constantly turn towards the idea of peace through oblivion. All of us as "We the People" have been constitutionally disenfranchised as American citizens and

reduced to the status of non-persons in the absence of due privileges, genuine civil liberties and sustainable inalienable human rights - we are better than our government. Whenever we hear a politician say "G-d bless America", remember those are the perverted words of sociopathic false prophets for profits who will continue narrowing your focus towards a constant state of primitive

survival while attacking the individual fears associated with the lower human animal through an often invented and imaginary looming threat. These vermin will do anything and everything to keep the 99% constitutional majority from recognizing the enlightened higher qualities of the human being. The fact is that it does not take a superhero to tube the treachery of a corrupt

government, it only takes the solidarity of individuals willing to question everything and step forward into our future in the present moment. We the People are being herded into a virtual death camp environment through the tactics, techniques and technologies that continually produce the PsyOps formulas of systematic systemic genocide and negative eugenics. All of this beneath a corporate fascist umbrella with the agenda of processing the total aggregate of the world into a commodity. Our immediate pushback against fascism must be a series of affective boycotts that target businesses depending on our consumer driven economy and thereby cauterize the arteries from pumping the monetary narcotic into the

nerve centers of junky capitalism. Manifestos of intent are being prepared as signed petitions, whereby the American consumer will pledge to immediately end all spending with specific businesses and/or in the case of insurance

companies, will drop their medical healthcare coverage en masse on a specified date. This will begin the deconstruction of all anti-American predatory industries and force the U.S. Government to provide our citizens a free and/or affordable national healthcare system like Canada or simply dissolve the former United States of America and become part of Canada. This shouldn't shock

anyone if you understand the degree that our national infrastructure has been insourced and outsourced by many of the same transnational corporations that Obama has secretly been networking with through the Trans Pacific Partnership [TPP] agreement that would give exclusive control over our government and make the rank and file American citizen pay for it in tax subsidies. To demonstrate my sincerity with regard to a BOYCOTT, I have terminated my $1,150.00 a month medical insurance policy with Regence BlueCross and BlueShield of Oregon on June 30, 2012. The act itself made me feel liberated and I opine we should all consider this type of individual and coordinated form of proactive activism as a human bailout to ourselves. Take the first step towards a peaceful restorative revolution under the lawful terms of the U.S. Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution. "We the People" must remember what it means to remain human beings no matter how much the sitting government wants to reduce us into a thing or non-person, the latter being easier to kill in a war. Twice I have bled for the nation of my birth, died once with an out-of-body experience before my recovery following a pseudo successful assassination attempt by the U.S. Pentagon and relearned how to walk a second time - I've paid

my dues and continue to be persecuted, terrorized and tortured while an outed and politically

sanctioned FBI Whistleblower Patriot.

WinCo Foods, Inc. was negligent under the Americans with Disabilities Act [ADA] code by not

maintaining a handicap parking sign in a workmanlike manner, which did cause a personal

injury to a handicapped customer by slicing open the top of his left hand and might have

caused previous injuries to others including head and facial injuries to children. In violation of

the ADA code, the damaged handicap parking sign became an edged weapon that menacingly

impeded and caused a personal injury to a handicapped customer by narrowing the open and

clear access provided for handicapped persons to and from the WinCo Foods #49 located in

Vancouver, WA. The statute of limitation for filing personal injury lawsuits in the State of

Washington is three years from the date of injury and the matter is pending.

As to WinCo Foods, Inc. we the people will have to examine the demeanor of the business towards its customers, especially handicapped customers and decide whether or not this corporation should continue to receive our American consumer dollars or be immediately BOYCOTTED and caused to wither away until they either kneel to genuine justice or expire.

On Saturday, February 04, 2012 I suffered a personal injury from an improperly maintained handicap sign in the obstructed ADA pathway by the handicap parking spaces located closest to the front of WinCo Foods store, #49, 905 NE 136th Ave., Vancouver WA 98684, 360-254-5388.

When the WinCo Foods store was built in 2002, the ADA signage was installed to code, even though the height from the top edge at 60 inches above the ground did cause a personal injury to my left hand and was not compliant with the code requirement to maintain an open and

unobstructed pathway for customers who are handicapped and disabled. Sometime later after filing a notice with WinCo Foods, Inc., I observed that store #49 had voluntarily elected to replace all of the existing ADA handicapped signage with new signs of an adequate height whereby the metal sign faces would not serve as an axe blade waiting to cause

physical injury to unsuspecting customers. On that same occasion while checking out at the cash register, I mentioned to a WinCo Foods' employee that the new handicap signs were a significant improvement from the previous

installations. The WinCo Foods' employee replied in a tone of relived anxiety and concern, "those old signs were an accident waiting to happen and I'm surprised someone..." Same didn't finish the sentence most likely over fear of reprisals.

To reiterate, WinCo Foods was not in compliance with the ADA code by failing to maintain a safe and accessible walkway for handicapped and disabled persons like myself. In that regard WinCo Foods was negligent by failing to maintain the handicap sign in a workmanlike manner and is

therefore culpable for causing the personal injury to my hand. WinCo Foods knew or should have

known it should have repaired or replaced the ADA sign that became an obstruction within the handicap walkway after the sign post for many months had been bent forward by a vehicle, which decreased the height of the sign to fall far below the 60 inch required under the ADA code and as a standing violation of same as a handicapped walkway hazard. A hand injury is significant to a writer and artist.

WinCo Foods, Inc.: On Saturday, February 04, 2012, I suffered a personal injury to the top of my left hand at the above referenced property. This is demand for [redacted] for that personal injury and pain and suffering to be paid within ten [10] days from the date of this notice to avoid further legal action. WinCo Foods, Inc. knew or should have known that it was negligent in its duty and legal obligation to warn its customers that the store's handicap signage located throughout the parking lot was illegally installed and not in compliance with the ADA Code for the City of Vancouver

requiring the finished "bottom edge" of the sign face to be set at sixty [60"] inches above the ground.

Note: Telephonically I was contacted by a city code enforcement officer while I was away from my office who

stated the 60 inch measurement above the ground was from the bottom edge when in fact that measurement

was from the top edge. When I made a second inquiry from my office, no employee from the city knew who had

contacted me and they provided the correct information. This initially caused me to reorganize until the

inspector stated that WinCo Foods was still required to maintain an unobstructed walkway path for

handicapped and disabled persons under the ADA Code. Since I have remained a politically sanctioned FBI Whistleblower for the past twelve years, it would not surprise me if the person who telephonically contacted

me first was not in fact an agent of the outlaw shadow government affecting a reverse Cointelpro technique to

fractionalize my positive efforts. This after years of warrantless wiretapping, sneak and peek searches, and

covert and overt acts of espionage, terrorism, and torture while my clandestine security clearance was outed

multiple times under the same laws that applied in the Valerie Plame Wilson matter.

WinCo Foods, Inc. knew or should have known that it was further negligent by breaching its obligation to use reasonable care to maintain and repair its handicap signage in a workmanlike manner and specifically the damaged signpost leaning into the already narrow handicapped pedestrian walkway area on the left side of the parking lot when facing the store. WinCo Foods, Inc. knew or should have known that its negligence would cause the resulting harm of personal injury. On the date of the injury, I approached the handicap sign post with a brown

paper sack of groceries in my left arm while negotiating pedestrian foot traffic and grocery carts. Simultaneously the leaning inward handicap sign pole and metal face disappeared from my field of vision and was not recognized again until the bottom edge of the metal sign face acted as a cutting blade that sliced into the top of my left hand. My first thought was the metal sign might contain flesh eating bacteria that seems prevalent in the Northwest, so I immediately used the medical kit in the car to disinfect and bandage the wound. Fortunately my tetanus booster was up to date. Please respond within 10 days from the date of this demand notice with your affirmation to avoid further legal action. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or if I may be of some service to you. end

Note: Some weeks went by beyond the ten day limit as was agreed to via email. Then I received a letter dated May 8, 2012

from Constitution State Services denying my claim with their omission of fact rendering there position erroneous as stated

and confirming that further legal action is forthcoming against WinCo Foods, Inc. Furthermore if WinCo Foods believed

their business had not been culpable as charged, at a minimum they would not have elected to removed, replace and update

all of their ADA signage.

Consumers should note that most personal injury law firms won't take you legal case unless the meritorious financial

rewards are such that they can take the big first bite while fighting little and leaving much on the table, but still offering

enough money to make their clients feel they achieved something. I'm speaking with special insider knowledge of having won a federal lawsuit and later discovering that my attorney within a firm that later recognized one of its principle partners

being disbarred on corruption charges, had left one million dollars on the table to avoid going into a courtroom. So if no

attorney will take this case I have spent most of my former career standing in courtrooms and will move this matter forward

ex parte.
