Geology

Regional Setting and Metallogenesis The licence area is located within an Archean_Lower Proterozoic Migmatiteformation.

Primary gold mineralization occurs in quartz veins that are generally bedding-concordant.

Gold is associated with sulphides (pyrite, chalcopyrite, galena, covellite andchalcosite especially in the Gurmana area.

The dips of the rocks and other structures will need to be measured The general strike of rocks in the area is N023E

..

Manganese, Lead and Zinc are also minerals of interest in the licence area.

Local Geology

The local geology of the area will be known once detailedgeological and geophysical mapping of the licence area has beenundertaken in an exploration phase.

The geological map available at the moment shows that thedominant lithology within the licence area is migmatite.

The migmatites present a favourable geological host for themineralisation for gold, manganese lead and Zinc.

Exploration

History The Niger state is richly endowed with gold, kyanite, kaolin, ball clays, graphite,feldspar, marble, dolomite, manganese, mica, lead, copper, quartzite, asbestos,iron, silica sand, granite and gemstones. Artisanal miners have been working onsmall scale operations for very long period.

Surface Activities The license holder have managed to take to the laboratory 3 samples fromdifferent spots.Samples sent to laboratory weighed 1 kilogram eachArtisanal miners are found in the vicinity of the license area.

Drilling No exploration drilling has taken place yet on the licence

Recommendations

Although the manganese mineralisation is occurring right from thesurface and can be mined by open pit methods, a proper technicalexploration approach is recommended and this will include (but not

limited to) :-

Geological mapping

Soil sampling (Soil geochemistry where necessary)

Geophysics (Magnetics and Resistivity)

Exploration Target Generation for the Gold, Lead, Zinc and Mnmineralisation.

Trenching/ Pitting And/or Drilling Sample QAQC and Submission To an Internationally Acredited

Laboratory Resource Estimation and Resources Modelling

An exploration grid will be planned to cover the license area. An example of such a grid is shown below. The gridwill be used for soil sampling, trenching or pitting, core/diamond drilling and sampling. The samples collectedwill be analysed at an analytical laboratory. Quality assurance and Quality checks on the samples will be put inplace. Data collected during the exploration phase will be used to determine grade zones and all othersubsequent phases such as resource and reserve estimation, life of mine, mine and plant designs etc.
