In just two short years she was promoted to the position of Vice President— and she did it all by staying true to herself. “One of the core foundations of leadership is the values that you hold true to yourself,” she says. “My values are my faith, family and friends, legacy, service, and trust. When you align these values with your actions in your workplace and within your community, I feel that you are living a life of success.” As a relationship manager, Gallagher advises artists, songwriters, and business managers with their financial needs. "There is nothing more rewarding than to start working with a songwriter or an artist at the very early stages of their career. To work with them from the beginning and then to see them receive their first No. 1 song or to see them perform on the Grand Ole Opry for the first time is so inspiring." One person who played a vital role in her career success is her mentor, Diane Pearson. Inspired by what she’s taken away from her relationship with Pearson, she offers this piece of advice for other business women: “Find a mentor early on in your career that has a willingness to share their skills, knowledge and expertise."
