St Jame’s Buildings is next door to The Palace Theatre on Oxford Street. There is a glass Canopy and white faced clock that marks the main entrance.

CarFrom the SouthCome off the M6 at J19 and turn right at the roundabout onto the A556 towards Manchester for approx 5 miles. Join the M56 towards Manchester when you reach the roundabout at J8. Proceed to J3 of the M56 and the follow directions towards the A1503. Follow the A1503 for approx 6 miles towards Manchester city centre. At the junction with the A57(M) go straight on under the flyover onto Medlock Street. Turn right at the first set of lights onto Whitworth Street and then go straight through the next set of lights. At the next set of lights turn left onto Oxford Street. The office can be located on the right hand side of Oxford Street before you reach the junction with Portland Street.

From the NorthProceed towards M60 J12 and take the M602 towards Manchester. At the end of the motorway proceed along the A57 (which becomes the A57(M)) and exit at the junction with the A1503. Turn left at the roundabout onto Medlock Street, and then follow the directions as above.

From the M62 (Liverpool)After crossing over the M60, the M62 becomes the M602. Continue on the M602 to it's conclusion in Salford. At the end of the motorway, continue straight onto the A57 (Regent Road), then follow directions as above.

From the M62 (Leeds)Leave the M62 at junction 17. Join the A56 following signs for Manchester city centre. Continue on the A56 for approximately 5 miles. A56 becomes Deansgate after passing Manchester Cathedral, on your left. Follow and turn right onto Princess Street. Follow on and cross Portland Street. Then take right hand lane and turn right onto Whitworth Street, then follow directions to car park as above.

Car ParkingThe nearest car park can be found if you turn left off Oxford Street opposite the office onto Great Bridgwater Street. There is an NCP car park located immediately on the right hand side. There is also a car park at the GMEX centre on Lower Mosley Street and another on Whitworth Street (behind the Palace Theatre).

TrainAll main line trains will stop at one of Manchester’s two main train stations, Piccadilly and Victoria, with some of the trains bound for Piccadilly also stopping at Oxford Road, which is the nearest train station to the office.

From Piccadilly StationLeave the station via the main pedestrian exit and proceed down the station approach towards the traffic lights. Proceed over the lights down Piccadilly for approx 300 metres towards Piccadilly gardens. Once you have reached Piccadilly Gardens turn left onto Portland Street and proceed for approximately 500 metres until you reach Oxford Street. Turn left onto Oxford Street and the entrance to the office is approxi-mately 50 metres on the left hand side. Walking time is approximately 15 minutes.

From Victoria StationLeave the station via the station approach and turn right onto Corporation Street. Proceed along Corporation Street (which becomes Cross Street) until you reach Albert Square. Cross Albert Square and leave via Mount Street. From Mount Street turn left at the lights onto Peter Street (which becomes Oxford Street) and proceed for 500 metres. The entrance to the office is 50 metres on the left hand side from the junction with Portland Street. Walking time is approximately 20 minutes.

From Oxford Road StationProceed down the station approach towards the junction of Oxford Street and Whitworth Street. Go straight on up Oxford Street and the office is 100 metres up on the right hand side. Walking time is approximately 5 minutes.
