and is often described as a
gay capital of the North!
Famous Canal Street was
where one of the first gay pubs
opened in 1940’s and till today
it offers exciting and glittery
nightlife!

If you remember the original
‘Queer As Folk’ TV series, then
surely you will recognise Canal
Street, the centre of the Gay
Village.
This liveliest area in the city has
a number of cafés, bars and
clubs, and a great time is
guaranteed for anybody!
Transport
Though it might look
complicated at the first
glance, transportation in
Manchester is fairly easy.
Always get a return ticket for,
and if travelling often, buy a
day ticket to save money.
Get off at Piccadilly Station for
the Gay Village.

Manchester has to offer!

Manchester and enjoy one of

UK. And don’t forget your

be very rainy!

Manchester is also very well
know as a great place to shop
and many fashionistas visit the
city especially for that.
Visit the Exchange Square and
King Street where some of the
hippest brands have their
boutiques and stoics.
