CPE has a Joint venture with ICAF in 2010, to perform their operations and

provide quality education by gathering their supreme faculty and to achieve their

common interests and goals.

11. Organization’s Culture according to Hofstede’s cultural model:

There’s a culture of individualism because every individual has been assigned a

task which he/she perform solely no team work exist.

There is a lot of power distance in this organization because Directors and Dean

can take decision for organization. Employees ideas are mostly not appreciated.

Both male and female are working together.

This organization has long term perspective and doing more and more things like

branching and joint-venture for long run of business.

12. Structure:

12.1.  Task specialization:

Employees and faculty members are divided according to their specialized area of

working and courses which they can teach.

12.2.  Chain of Command:

It is very clear in that organization everybody knows that to whom he is

responsible for e.g. Assistant to a professor of a particular subject is only

responsible to his/her supervisor.

Professors are answerable to Principle of particular program.

12.3.  Centralization and Decentralization:

This organization is highly centralized as a group of people is only making

decisions.

12.4.  Departmentalization:

There are course department in this organization as we seen that ACCA, CA & FIA

academics are working individually.

13. Other information:

Informal meetings are held throughout the 6 months session between Directors

and Deans.

Any idea bought by Director or Management member is discussed in meeting

whether formal or informal.

Formal meeting is held twice in a 6 month academic session.

  Hierarchy is need based.

Job has been assigned to every individual.
