Manager has following characteristics:to increase productivity, effectiveness and
efficiency.to remove hurdles. to provide direction and feedback.

is a person who influences a group of people towards achievement of a goal.

Leader looks for opportunities to develop strengths. Manager minimize weaknesses.

Leader develops ideas and principles. Manager administrates.

Difference between efficiency and effectiveness.
Using less resources wisely, in a cast effective way is called efficiency. That concerned with mean and doing things right.
* for-example: Using less resources wisely for a product so that its price could be maintained with in the reach of
common man so that every one could enjoy benefits of it.

Effectiveness is making right decisions and successfully implement them. That concerned with end and doing right things.
* For-example:
If a person completes his target for the month then he would be called effective and if a product increases sales of a company then it would also be effective.
