Kinky Group Established in 1971, Kinky offers a variety of products, which

include hair, hair braids, hair pieces, wigs and wefted pieces to theSouth African consumer. It also has hair accessories like styling gels,hair sprays and oil free shampoo. All Kinky products aremanufactured at plants located in Durban, South Africa and soldthrough Kinky owned stores as well as Cash-n-Carry outlets. Kinkywas acquired by GCPL in April 2008.

Godrej Global Mideast FZE

Godrej Global Mideast FZE was established in Sharjah with theobjective of distributing Godrej FMCG products in the Middle Eastand has a strong network of distributors and sales personnel in

countries like Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain. GCPLacquired Godrej Global Mideast FZE on October 1, 2007
