Henry Fayol

Development of management principles and said it is a skill that can be acquired. Seeks to meet the needs of modern management.

Initially developed 14 principles in 1916. During the next 20 years, many American authors discussed these principles and developed new ones. The current list is long and the theory is summarized in the top 14, initially proposed.

Division of labor
