On April 23, in the format of Fresh-Up Breakfast internal meetings, Kateryna Haskova, Engineering Manager at Innovecs, told us about management’s myths and its realities * Fresh-Up Breakfasts is the part of the Innovecs Educational Project that actively develop internal trainings field and experience exchange program. The concept of these morning meetings proposes to discuss a number of important non-technical topics such as how to communicate with clients effectively, how to prepare for the presentation, to talk about the peculiarities of cross-cultural differences and about many other things. These meetings are supposed to be run in an "easy" informal way in a discussion format, conducted by the moderator of the meeting.
