Toll Management Your fleet vehicle has been enrolled in the Element’s Toll Management Program. Vehicles located in Texas are automatically enrolled in the license plate-based toll program, which enables fleet drivers to pay tolls electronically on most Texas tollways without a transponder in the vehicle. You recently received a Toll Management Welcome Packet with information about the program along with a windshield cling for your vehicle. Once enrolled, your vehicle is automatically registered for use on covered cashless toll lanes and all-electronic tollways. Your welcome letter and windshield cling provide coverage details for the program. Windshield Cling: The windshield cling provides coverage details for the license plate-based toll program. A transponder is not required for vehicles enrolled in the this toll program.
