contracts, route contracts for approvals and signatures, store contracts with

Contract Management The contract management capabilities in Oracle CPQ Cloud provide seamless integration with popular customer relationship management (CRM) systems. This enables sales users, channel partners, value-added resellers, and distributors to quickly populate preloaded templates and generate contracts that can be printed, faxed, or e-mailed to customers.

With support for legal business processes, template management, contract lifecycle management, dynamic clause libraries, and e-signatures, Oracle CPQ Cloud offers a complete solution for your contract needs.

Contract Authoring Dynamic, rules-based contract templates can be created using the Document Engine feature in Oracle BigMachines CPQ Cloud products. This patent-pending technology provides an easy-to-use interface that will feel familiar to most users, thanks to its incorporation of the best practices and designs of popular word processing applications.

Using a web-enabled editor, your system administrator can customize templates—defining page size and layout, and adding tables, headers, footers, logos, and images to match your company’s brand. Electronic Signature Oracle CPQ Cloud supports integration of leading e-signature vendors to provide convenient, fast turnaround for your customers. Your contracts can be signed online without printing, faxing, or mailing.

Contract Lifecycle Repository Save multiple versions of any contract directly in your CRM system to maintain a lifecycle history of contract revisions. You will always know what was changed with each revision, and you can easily revert to previous versions of your saved contracts.

Contract Analytics You can use Oracle BigMachines CPQ Reporting Cloud Service to generate reports and analyze contract trends based on the contract data stored in Oracle CPQ Cloud. In today’s competitive market, you gain the advantage of understanding patterns found in your successful contracts so that you can use that knowledge to close more business in the future. Users select their analytics criteria, narrow the results with enhanced filtering, generate dynamic charts and graphs, and run reports. Reports can be saved, exported to Microsoft Excel, or scheduled to automatically run and then be delivered via e-mail.
