    #ssessment is in two sections both of which must be written and passed.

    0tudents will be re6uired to submit on or before the due dates one typed

    assignment and write a moc$ examination. The total mar$s for the

    continuous assessment shall be ar$s i.e 3= for the assignment

    and 3= for the moc$ examination.

    0tudents will be re6uired to show ability to search and write a detailed

    explanation of the law involve which should include a critical analysis of

    case law.

    This part of the assessment will consist of a "nal examination paper of

    three hours duration. The examination paper will comprise six detailed

    factual sceneries as 6uestions of e6ual weighting.
