Shift Work:(Performance, Customer Service, Interaction with co-managers)

I’ve only worked with her for two shifts because for our closing, it’s either I switched/covered, or she switched/covered. However, I feel like that she doesn’t have much interaction with the customers, in a sense that it’s sometimes a little bit rude from their perspectives. I feel like if your in a bad mood, you shouldn’t use it against the customers and always try and stay positive. However, other than that, she has good interaction with other co-managers.

With the amount of work, she definitely puts in the extra effort to help improve the business.
