• Husband, father, job, church, etc.,

• Others need leading and want it

• Women love it when used wisely

• Lack of it leads to dysfunction

• Lack of it leads to frustration

• Altering God’s roles is disastrous

• Women cannot lead adequately

Seven Qualities

• Exemplary

• Wise

• Decisive

• Dependable

• Merciful

• Communicative

• Serving

Exemplary

• A leader must do what he expects

• Others will follow leaders leading!

• Telling but not doing is hypocrisy

• Adds authority / power to requests

• Duty, faithfulness, integrity, etc.

• Human leaders can use feedback
