developed in-house, the new ZOLLER »pilot 1.0«

image processing technology is equipped with

Tool Identification with »idLabel«

With the »idLabel« ZOLLER offers the option of printing data matrix

codes as labels, as an alternative to laser engraving on tool hold-

ers. These labels offer high abrasion resistance and can only be removed

with acetone. Tools are identified by reading in the data matrix code using

a scanner. Tool data are saved to the inventory number in the database.

- Tool holders are reusable, no permanent label is applied

Assign Inventory Number

The tool assembly assistant or the tool marker in the ZOLLER TMS

Tool Management Solutions inventory module is used to generate an

inventory number for the tool holder.

Print out QR Code

The printer prints out the inventory number on the labels as a QR

code. Under normal use, these labels last for about 6 months.

Adhere Label

The label is adhered to the tool holder. The adhesive surface must be

grease-free, and may need to be cleaned before adhering the label.

Inventory Tool

Various tool holders are marked with labels. Inventory numbers can

be assigned as needed.

Scan in Label

Scan in data on the presetting and measuring machine. The tool data

and measuring procedure, if necessary, are loaded automatically.
