Firstly I created a grid with all the question I had included in the questionnaire. I put one question at the top of each column.

The question

I used two of the colours from my colour scheme to make it more aesthetically

pleasing

I then created the title for my spread sheet on picnik.co.uk and again used the colours from

colour scheme to make it look more eye catching

The colours I have selected for my colour scheme are red, green, yellow and blue . These are the same colours used in the official Olympic logo.

I validated some of the cells in the spread sheet to offer specific option to select when inserting the

information in the database

I clicked on data validation…

I selected the list I wanted to source from the spread sheet and then clicked ok. After that , that section was

fully validated.

This window came up

I selected list and the clicked the tab next to

the source section

Once I had validated all the cells I needed

validating I inserted the data into the questionnaire

I created a ‘countif’ statement for each of the question in spread sheet.

Using the information from the ‘countif’ statements I then created a graph corresponding to each of the questions and analysed it. I also categorised each of the graphs into either: general info,

feeling good. Getting active, healthy eating or challenges.

In order to make the spreadsheet look more organised I then hid the countif statements

and blended them into the background.

I tested my data validation to ensure it works and it did, it did not allow me to insert any other value other then the one specified.

All the countif statements worked well when tested.

I have saved two versions of my spreadsheet one in which you can see all of my count if statements and another in which they are hidden for aesthetic

purposes.
