ACTIVATING THE CARD

NPS REFUNDS• NPS will refund excess funds to a resident’s Western Union MoneyWise Prepaid MasterCard in the event of an extra pay period in a month OR if the resident is aware of excess funds in their account for other reasons, such as vacation pay etc.• NPS will speak with the community before returning excess funds to a resident to determine if the resident owes money to the community for heat, water, etc.

• Residents receive their card approximately 7 days after enrollment • Remind residents to follow the directions on the card to activate immediately to start taking advantage of all of the benefits
