Pauline has been General Manager at Kenya Women Finance Trust and CIC Insurance Limited. Most recently she was the founder and CEO of Hand in Hand Eastern Africa, an NGO that seeks to alleviate poverty through training on enterprise and job creation.

She holds an MBA from JKUAT, Bachelor of Commerce Marketing from Egerton University and Diploma in Co-operative Management from Co-operative University of Kenya. She has attended several training programs for Continues Professional Development.
