(Experience) prototyping is a medium to
• understand design challenges, empathize emotionally
• explore solution ideas and personally understand their potential quickly
• involve and activate stakeholders in co-creation
• Proceed towards solution-oriented thinking (vs. problem-oriented discussion)
Video is a medium to:
• communicate the identified challenges to the others
• summarize the core value of the potential solutions
• convey emotional aspects (image, sounds)
• sell the idea and raise enthusiasm
10 min: introduction + warm up
40 min: hands-on working
- 15 min current scenario & filming
- 15 min prototyping & filming
- 10 min editing
10 min: reportering/documenting time
15 min: movie première & short discussion
