Rawley Resort is pleased to offer overnight accommodations to your guests at a preferred room rate. This rate is available for group blocks, arranged at the time of your contract, with a minimum of 10 rooms booked.

A complimentary executive bridal suite is provided on the day of the wedding, including an overnight stay for two. This includes a complimentary breakfast for two on the following morning in the Lighthouse 45 Restaurant.

Photographs on the property are permitted with a contracted wedding event. Photography approval is at the discretion of Rawley Resort management and must be approved prior to the wedding date. Please note, photographs are not permitted near the reception desk.

Deposits

Couples are welcome to bring in their own DJ entertainment provider of choice. Please note, any third party DJ entertainment provider must bring in their own equipment and are not permitted to use any of Rawley’s AV equipment. All costs and pricing between the third party DJ must be determined between the couple and the provider. Please note all entertainment must stop by 12:30 am. Guests must leave the dining room by 1:00 am. Clients will be responsible for any damages to Rawley property caused by the third party DJ entertainment provider.

A Rawley Resort contracted piano player can be scheduled for three (3) hours to play for the cocktail reception or the beginning of the ceremony. Prices are subject to availability. Please note, no one other than the Rawley Resort contracted piano players are permitted to use the Rawley in-house baby grand piano.

Equipment that Rawley is unable to provide can be outsourced. We are happy to provide a list of suggested local suppliers. The payment on any outsourced rental equipment is the full responsibility of the client. A 15% service charge will be added to the rental cost for all outsourced equipment, as Rawley will have to coordinate with the equipment vendor for on site set-up.

Upon booking we will require a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 25% of the wedding contract. At this time, a block on the reception space and any accommodations (if applicable) will be held. The remaining amount of the estimate will be spread over two payments - 50% of the contract value six months prior to the event, and the remaining 25% of the contract value six weeks prior to the event. If the estimate total is not paid in full six weeks prior to the event, the hold on the reception space and any accommodations (if applicable) will be removed. Pre-payment deposits will be credited to the master account. Any final charges (open bar tabs etc.), as agreed upon in the contract, will be invoiced to the master account. Payment in full of the master account is due upon event date or check out.
