Perdaman
• Perdaman Chemical and Fertilisers Pty Ltd is developing a $3.5 billion coal to urea plant at the new Shotts Industrial Park, near Collie.
• Urea will be transported to Bunbury Port by rail. • All its environmental and all other approvals from both the Western Australian and Commonwealth governments.• A number of contracts with State government agencies are in place pending the finalisation of the coal contract.• Construction is expected to commence in late 2012 or early 2013, with the first shipment of urea planned for 2016.
