RI2: Ensuring access to telecommunications/ICT services for persons with disabilities
Vitebsk, Belarus April-May RI webpage
Project outcome: An ICT training center established in Vitebsk branch of the Belarusian State Academy of Telecommunications for persons with hearing impairments, 5 working places. Center provides trainings on a variety of ICT subjects, including educational course which allows to earn a qualification
Project implemented in cooperation with UNESCO IITE and Belarusian State Academy of Telecommunications
RI3: Introduction of training technologies and methods using telecommunications/ICT for human capacity building
Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan April-May RI webpage
Project outcome: An ICT center established in a school in Uzgon Oshk district of Kyrgyzstan: 2 classes with 15 working places each. In the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunications, technical equipment and 3 lecture rooms renovated and server equipment modernized.

RI4: Development of broadband access and adoption of broadband

Project outcome: Developed Recommendations on selecting appropriate technology of broadband deployment in rural and remote areas and automated system to help selecting technical solutions for broadband network deployment (Broadband Calculator)
