Corn and Rice are first ingredients in label when they represent the largest ones: regulations in fact requires us to

give priority to elements with greater percentage

This doesn’t mean that there is more corn/rice than meat: if you add the amount of fresh meat to those who are dehydrated (after the

corn in the label), you have a meat percentage that exceeds that of maize.

Regulations require to declare ingredients separately, because of the different category If we could add fresh and dried meat, meat would be in first place, but fresh meat belongs to a different category from dehydrated meat

In special products like Fitness3, meat is not in the first place, because dogs and cats with food hypersensitivity need small quantity of protein!
