Fleet Management

Maintenance scheduling information are shared between:

• The Rail Company, the owner of the trains. It is responsible for

scheduling commercial services. When a train reaches the

maintenance deadline, the Rail Company asks the Service Company

to perform maintenance activities

• The Service Company is responsible to perform maintenance

activities on the fleet. The Service Company receives maintenance

requests from the Rail Company

• The Fleet Manager (in the Service Company) schedules maintenance

activities in the Depot considered the most suitable, at the best

condition.

The booking page is

visible both to the

Fleet Manager and to

the Rail Company.

That helps the Rail

Company asking for

an available period

during the booking

request.

The Rail Company knows which are the available periods and which are

not.

The Rail Company, The Fleet Manager and The Depot Manager receive

automatic notifications from the software via email, for every

maintenance booking request, update and confirmation.
