    OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE

    Equipment Type Printer

    Equipment Code P-001

    Operation Procedure:

    1. Inspect the setup of the computer and printer

    2. Check the power cords and cables of the printer. Check connections.

    3. Wipe dust and remove unnecessary objects that will obstruct the use ofthe printer.

    4. Insert paper to the printer.

    5. Turn on AVR and turn on the computer before you turn on the printer.

    6. Use the printer properly. Avoid using injectable ink to the cartridge ofyour printer.

    7. Always check the proper arrangement of the paper and cartridge beforeyou print.

    8. Turn off the printer when not in use.

    9. Turn off the printer before you turn off the computer and AVR.

    10.Release the paper into the printer to avoid dust to the printer.11.Close the cover of the printer and cover it.

    9. Is the wash area clean, sanitized, free from unnecessary objects such as mops, rags? Areall water, drainage and electrical

    10. is the restroom well-cleaned, dry and sanitized, no unacceptable odor and free fromunnecessary objects such as mops, rags, outdated signage, dangling objects? Are theurinals, bowls, washbasins, walls and partitions free from stains, dirt, oils, graffiti andunnecessary objects? Is it equipped with adequate dipper and pails and properly locatedafter use? Are all water, drainage and electrical systems functional?

    11 Is the workshop surroundings clean and cleared of obstruction, no impounded water and

    with adequate lights.
