Trains SNCFIf you are planning to get to Cannes by train, it will take an average of 10 minutes to get from the Cannes Train Station to the closest Wristband Distribution Point.

Park and RideSpectators arriving in their own vehicle are invited to use the dedicated carparks located west of Cannes to avoid traffic congestion in the city centre.

You can prebook your parking space at a fixed price of 12 euros per day here.

You can also purchase your parking ticket on site for a fixed price of 15 euros. Service subject to availability. Payments with credit/debit card only.

Park and Ride - Shuttles A free shuttle service will run from the carpark to Laubeuf Parking Lot.

The shuttle service from/to the carparks runs every 10 to 15 minutes from 07:00 to 21:00.

Average duration of the journey is 30 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

From the drop-off area, it is a 10 minute walk to the closest Wristband Distribution Point.

Parking within the city If you choose to drive to one of the carparks in the close perimeter of the venue, no pre-booking is available.

Please be advised that you may face heavy traffic depending on your arrival and departure time. Please refer to the Road Closure notice.

Parking within the perimeter of the city centre allows you to reach the main Wristband Distribution Points by foot. Journey varies from 5 to 20 minutes depending on the selected carpark.

Wristband distributionTo access the venue you need to collect your wristband first: it will serve as an access title to the venue and, once topped- up, as a tool for cashless payment within the venue.

Race Village

Fan Zone Once you have collected your wristband, please follow venue signage and staff instructions to get to the closest entrance gate for the Race Village or the Fan Zone. Race Village tickets do not grant access to the Fan Zone.

Fan Zone tickets do not grant access to the Race Village. Readmission to the venue is possible until the program ends upon presentation of a valid wristband. Please ensure your wristband is scanned each time you leave the venue. Cashless paymentRed Bull Air Race Cannes a partly cashless event! ”Cashless“ is a contactless payment system. It will facilitate your food and

beverage purchases on site. Two options are available to top-up your cashless account: Before the event, online by clicking on www.redbull airrace.com/cashless

During the event, at the Charging Bank Stations located within the venue (cash or card payments) or look out for Cashless staff members around the venue. To avoid queuing we recommend you top up your wristband prior to the event. All food and beverage payments within the venue must be done using your wristband, with the exception of Beach Clubs. Multiple day ticket If you own a multiple day ticket your wristband will allow you to access directly the venue without going through the Wristband Distribution Points on the second and third day.

Security Checks When you get to the designated entrance gates for the Race Village or the Fan Zone you will be asked to go through airport-style security screening. To facilitate controls we remind that only one A4-sized bag per person is allowed or one small backpack. Please make sure you have your wristband visible while approaching the entrance to ease access control. For safety reasons there are items that are not allowed inside the venue.

List of Prohibited Items Please make sure you read carefully the list of prohibited items before approaching the site. Please note pets are not allowed. We reserve the right to refuse entry to those who try to bring prohibited items to the venue. There are no luggage storage facilities in place.

Catering Service No consumables are allowed into the venue but a wide choice of food kiosks are available on site.

Access to seating and viewing areas If you own a seating ticket, make your way to the Grandstand, or Beach Club you have booked. Seats are not allocated.

If you own a standing ticket head to the spectator viewing areas. TV Screens and live commentary are in place to ensure you enjoy the race at its best. Please follow signage or ask Volunteers and Staff for directions.

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE To help people with different accessibility requirements, pregnant women and seniors to access the Race Village and the Fan Zone, dedicated services are offered.

You will be asked to fill in a form for you and your accompanying person in order to have your request processed at its best.

Dedicated Parking spaces Upon request at accessibility@ samuraisracing.com and valid disability card, a dedicated parking space in the close perimeter of the Wristband Distribution Points can be provided. Service subject to availability upon presentation of a valid disability card. Fast Lanes Spectators with disabilities who are unable to wait in long lines can take advantage of dedicated Fast Lanes in all Wristband Distribution Points, access gates and Charging Bank Stations.

Dedicated viewing points

Viewing points are available both in the Race Village and the Fan Zone for people with disabilities using a wheelchair or a scooter. To guarantee a space please email accessibility@ samuraisracing.com prior to the race. Accessible toilets Accessible toilets are located within the Race Village and the Fan Zone.

Golf Cart Transportation by golf cart is available for long distance transfers along the venue. Please refer to the accessibility map to locate the different pick up points. Service subject to availability.

Explorer Ticket Accessibility assistance is available during the Airport Experience. A dedicated shuttle will run from the City Hall parking at a fixed time. Please register for the accessible shuttle service though accessibility@samuraisracing.com
