Planning The Article

In my article I am going to do a question and answers session with Roben. I am going to write a question then write Roben’s reply in a form so it is a question and answers session. It is mainly going to be about Roben’s current fame status and how he is dealing with it as a 16 year old teenage boy and how his life has changed.

Photography Preparation

I have set up a photograph session with Roben, Kiana, Francisca and Jenny and will take the photos nearer to the time of me adding them to my magazine. I will do it in the HUB and I will send them straight to my computer and make changes as needed, for example; remove blemishes such as spots or hair on their faces, unless it is supposed to be there.

Font Choices

In my final product, I am going to use Eras Light ITC for smaller text but for my masthead and also titles I am going to use Eras Bold ITC. I have chosen to use this rather than Gill Sans because it looks slightly more friendly and gives me a sense of welcome-ness. It is also much more rounded and soft.

Colour Schemes

My colour schemes are going to be greyscale with black and white. This will allow a more alternative music genre to be present, therefore tying in with the genre of music it is there for.

Masthead Design

I am going to use the masthead below. I am using this because it fits with the colour scheme of my magazine and also fits with my genre of alternative music. It was also a bit more original and unique than the other masthead designs and fits with the idea of the music being different and unique, therefore it fits it.
