Some Questions? What does the community lack for Events? Where is there energy that just needs a little help up? What is the most beneficial organizational structure? Who is our audience(s)? Need or want? Is their an underserved audience? How do we coordinate events w/DRC, Chamber, CVB, RCDA, Civic Ctr,

and other orgs or businesses? Where can synergy occur that doesn’t now? How do we nurture the “Shared Story”? What is plan B? How do you use the physical pieces of the space to their maximum? Overall, how do we make it successful for the community…AND

profitable for MSS?

How do we measure success? Whole Measures A positive and reflective method of

measuring success for the Main Street Square.

Numbers and budgets are one thing, but how has the square completed with the following: Integrated local culture/customs, Promoted healthy living, or Providing the community a place to tell their

stories. …what are our measurements?

The Practical Artist… It almost always looks great on paper, but can

it be used? Transition Timing from ice to green space Size and Usage of Stage Sustainability in construction Bells and Whistles are cool, but they can become

burdensome Who forgot that we had to tie down the canopies?

Or the step up from the oval lawn makes it nearly impossible for canopies to overlap into the rest of the space.
