Liftra produces Main shaft fixture for all Siemens 2,3MW turbines, to fix the main shaft when the gearbox is changed. With the main shaft fixture the rotor does not have to be placed on ground, the gearbox can be changed in higher wind and the risk is reduced doing the operation. The ejector system ensures easy dismantle of the gearbox from the main shaft with a pushing force of up to 30 ton.
Complete with AccesoriesThe fixture is delivered in a transport box including ejector system, fittings and custom tools. This ensure that all parts needed for change of gearbox is in a single unit - minimizing waiting time on site. The transport box is weather proof and can be locked.
