    y The potential need for practical training andinformation to support development effects across thereliance firm is very great. Many of people across thefirm are keen to acquire skills and knowledge to helpthem improve local living standards. It will be verydifficult to find adequate resources to respond to thisexplosion in demand for education and knowledge.
