SDG-3: Good Health & Wellbeing


MMSS has started a novel preventive initiative among the children of

Bharatpur District in Rajasthan by administering homoeopathic

medicines to save them from severe episodes of Pneumonia



BGVP organized Community Awareness Meetings in Sitamarhi District,

Bihar with trained Healthcare Providers, Community Care Givers,

Gatekeepers & Stakeholders on World National Tropical Diseases Day



EKTA conducted Capacity Building Workshops last month with CBOs &

CSOs on different types of new vaccines for complete immunization of

women and children in 4 tribal dominated districts of South Odisha



DEHAT conducted a number of Awareness Camps on Immunization, led

by its Healthcare Providers & Community Health Volunteers in the

outreach areas of Baharich District in Uttar Pradesh during last month



The DSSO flagged off the mobile health van, which assessed and

distributed assistive devices to the people with disabilities in the 4

backward districts of South Odisha by the continuous efforts of EKTA



SSDHES has conducted “Sanjivani” Health Camps with its Healthcare

Providers & Community Health Volunteers in the outreach areas of

Rajasthan on Common Childhood Illnesses and other diseases through

corporates sponsorship of Mahindra Group

SDG-4: Quality Education


GONAS has conducted Physical Education Programs (Annual Athletic Meet)

for the school students in rural villages of West Bengal & encourages them

to preserve their own healthy habits, as a part of “Fit India” campaign

Safe Society celebrated with Street Kids to promote good health &

wellbeing as well as quality education in community settings with Support

of Radisson Blu & Nirvana Sarovar Portico of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh

SDG-5: Gender Equality


AF has conducted Special Empowerment Workshops Female and Male

Employees in different establishments of Uttar Pradesh & encouraged

them to become Change Agents by building their capacities on sexual

harassment at workplaces as well public places in the state



SSDHES, Rajasthan has conducted Special Waste Management Campaigns

on the Indian Republic Day among women group members in making

them aware about their rights, privileges, schemes and entitlements



GKSSS participated in Empowerment Workshops for Women and Girls of

Madhya Pradesh & encouraged them to become Change Agents by building

their capacities on different aspects of socio-economic development

SDG-6: Clean Water & Sanitation


AF conducted Solid Waste Management Training of Nawabganj (Unnao)

Nagar Panchayat of Uttar Pradesh for motivating Community Level

Workers as well as the youth of the area

SDG-6: Clean Water & Sanitation


DBF & Trident Academy of Technology have conducted a Workshop on

SDG-6 (WASH) in Odisha for motivating Post-Graduate Students and other

key stakeholders to work in the specific area with new age technologies

SDG-8: Decent Work & Economic Growth


ROSE has started demonstrating life-skill training on rearing of animals

(Goats) as a better livelihood option for communities in hilly tracts of

Uttarakhand by encouraging them to start it with support of local banks



AF continued the Training & Awareness Programs on ‘Decent work and

Labour rights’ and provided Labour Cards to daily-wage workers in

Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh to make them self-reliant with help of State

Government & Local Estate Builders



DEHAT has conducted Empowerment Programs for Women from outreach

areas in Uttar Pradesh by connecting them to livelihood options for their

sustainable economic growth through corporate sponsorships

SDG-10: Reduced Inequality


EKTA is actively pursuing its Rehabilitative Health Programs by providing

necessary rehabilitation packages to the needy and poor persons with

disability from the marginalized communities in remote areas of Odisha

SDG-12: Responsible Consumption &

Production


EKTA conducted Orientation Programs for communities both at block &

village levels in Odisha on Marketing of Agricultural Products (Pulses) to

make them self-reliant with new vocational trades & entrepreneurships

SDG-17: Partnerships for the Goals


AIHMS-Global & VIKASH-SAMUKHYA participated in National Conferences &

Symposia by Indian Institutes & Commercial Establishments to strengthen

the Civil Society Agenda of #right2sustainability in achieving 169 set

targets of the 17 UN Sponsored Sustainable Development Goals by 2030
